The Role:

We are hiring top Account Executives who have a proven track record of exceeding quota via net new account acquisition. Success in this position will require that you effectively manage a high volume of sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders.

You will be a great fit for this position if you are a persuasive self-starter, genuinely curious, confident speaking with customers, and have a high degree of personal accountability in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Pipeline and Sales Targets: Achieve and consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting marketing-qualified leads, or demo requests into paid customers.
  • Customer Interaction: A majority of your time will be spent on emails, calls, and web conferences with customers. You will need experience and confidence presenting in person and online to prospects.
  • Consultative Selling: Our purpose is to sell our product by truly helping our clients make more money, save time, and have better insight into their business. You must be a solution seller by nature, training, and experience. Aggressive or annoying sales tactics are not tolerated.
  • Product Mastery: Master the product and be able to field customer service and product questions from your leads.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with the growth and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion tools. Build relationships with other supporting partners to build the pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience with full cycle ownership for SMB/Mid-Market deals.
  • SaaS Sales: Experience selling SaaS (ideally productivity solutions).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present in multiple mediums.
  • Sales Process: Process-driven with obsessive attention to detail. Experience with consultative sales processes is essential.

Desirable:

  • Restaurant operations experience is preferred.
  • Account management and experience with expansion business is preferred.
  • Some exposure to customer success and channel sales is preferred.
  • Experience with Slack, HubSpot – CRM and Zoom is helpful.
