Sales Development Representative

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help convert leads into sales opportunities. This role requires enthusiasm, high energy, and the ability to communicate well with prospective clients and identify their needs. If you are confident in your sales ability and love working with people, we want to talk with you.

What You Will Do

  • You will contact and qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team to close new business
  • As the first point of contact, you educate and qualify leads to help create sales pipeline
  • Make outbound sales calls daily 
  • Send 100+ highly targeted one to one emails weekly
  • Manage and qualify marketing leads by responding to website chat, request demos, and inquiries 
  • Help to promote and manage industry tradeshows and conferences to drive sales pipeline 
  • Be active on LinkedIn for research and social selling 
  • Build and manage sales cadences
  • Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and maintain knowledge of problems and issues facing the customer
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
