About Bounce

Bounce is a social ping pong club with multiple locations in the US and Europe. It’s known for signature cocktails, and a critically acclaimed Italian pizza restaurant.

The Problem

Bounce needed a back of house system to control food and beverage costs, staffing and cash management. With each location having more than 60 staff, 22 cashiers and extensive menus, the system and processes needed to be seamless.

The Solution

Bounce chose SynergySuite to run their entire back-of-house across all venues. Bounce imported all stock into SynergySuite and within 2 weeks had added recipe costing in the system for their entire menu. SynergySuite’s Purchasing module is used to send orders direct to all suppliers. The cash control module monitors roaming cashiers remotely and managers are alerted to cash discrepancies. Mobile staff checklists ensure all tasks from opening to close are completed.

SynergySuite is invaluable to me. We make savings of 4% on our GP in each site and it saves employees hours each night cashing up.
